Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your order. We are a small shop and still expanding and there is a chance that your piece isn't in stock. If your piece isn't in stock we will make it as fast as possible, usually under 10 business days. We thank you for your understanding and patience and will do out best to keep everything in stock!

For all custom jewelry we require a 50% minimum, non-refundable deposit before we start on your piece. The other 50% is due upon pickup or delivery or prior to us shipping out your piece if you are not local. $150 of your initial deposit goes towards the Design process, you will be allowed 1 set of design changes. If we have to do another design from scratch we will have to charge an additional $150. Standard turn around times are anywhere from 2-4 weeks based on the complexity of the piece. Sometimes it gets done sooner, sometimes later. Either way we will keep you up to date!

Grillz are treated currently like customs. You must start with a custom request form telling us what exactly you want your grill to look like. From there we provide you a quote just like any other custom. You will then put down your 50% deposit and we will set up a molding appointment. If you are not local we will send you a molding kit to take your own impression of your teeth to send back to us. Once the impression process is complete we will make your grill in a 2-4 week period (based on your grillz complexity). Upon completion your other 50% will be due and then we can figure out delivery whether we do a pickup, drop off or ship it to you. For repairs, you will have to fill out a repair form letting us know what it is you need fixed. Once we know what needs done we can give you a price and if you agree to that price, pay and deliver the jewelry to us and we will have your repair done within a week, 2 weeks maximum.
